Audience is growing. More users on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

Facebook reported its daily audience grew to 1.52 billion
Over the past year, Facebook’s daily audience grew by 9% to 1.52 billion people. The number of those users who visit the social network at least once a month grew by 9% as well to 2.32 billion. Moreover, about 2.7 billion people also use one of Facebook’s services (Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp) at least once a month. More than 2 billion users visit them every day.
Facebook also reported that its 2018 net income reached $22.11 billion against $15.93 billion in 2017. In the fourth quarter 2018, the net income totaled $6.68 billion that is a record profit for the company.

Instagram Stories audience reached 500 million
More than 500 million people watch Instagram Stories every day. Mark Zuckerberg wrote about it on his Facebook page.
Stories are posted and watched by about a half of all registered Instagram users, the number of which reached 1 billion in June 2018 for the first time.
Zuckerberg called Stories the latest of Facebook’s features that improves people’s lives. In 2019, the company plans to introduce new features that will change the life for the better.

TikTok announced its daily audience
TikTok, an app for creating and sharing short music videos, had 800 million daily users in November 2018. In its advertising pitch deck, the company provides information about its monthly audience in different countries and other information about its users. However, the total number of monthly users remains unknown.
It is the first time the company has shared information about its audience.
For example, TikTok has more than 3.7 million monthly active users in the UK and an average of 5 billion monthly video views. French and German audiences exceed 4 and 4.1 million users, respectively.
